Hi y’all,

I wanted to personally share an important update about Dream Drives and the direction we’re heading in as a company.

After five incredible years serving the Birmingham wedding and event community, Dream Drives is entering a new chapter—one that I’ve thought about deeply and not taken lightly.

Beginning this July 1, we’ve started a gradual transition of our fleet. Audrey, our 1942 Packard Clipper, officially retired on July 1. Ruby, our 1951 Packard Convertible, will finish service on September 1, and Catherine, our 1958 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud, will retire on December 31. By January 2027, Charlotte, our 1961 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II, will be the only vehicle available for weddings, photoshoots, and special events.

Along with this change, we will now be focusing exclusively on Birmingham and the surrounding incorporated cities. This decision is about taking care of these beautiful, irreplaceable cars and making sure every experience we provide continues to feel personal, intentional, and elevated.

I want to reassure everyone that every client currently on our calendar has already been personally contacted. We’ve worked closely with each couple, and every event is fully supported and taken care of. That was my first priority.

This year has been the busiest and most rewarding season we’ve ever had since opening in 2021, and I am beyond grateful for that. At the same time, life has also been shifting in beautiful ways for my family. We’ve been blessed with two new grandchildren, and it’s made me more aware than ever of how important it is to be present for the people you love.

I love this industry deeply. Stepping away completely was never something I could imagine doing. That’s why continuing with Charlotte means so much to me—it allows me to stay connected to all of you while also creating a little more balance in my life and space for what’s ahead.

Dream Drives is not going away. It’s simply becoming more focused, more intentional, and more aligned with this next season of life.

I am so thankful for every planner, photographer, venue, florist, caterer, DJ, church coordinator, and vendor who has supported us over the years, as well as every couple who has trusted us with such meaningful moments.

You’ve truly helped shape Dream Drives into what it is today.

I am endlessly grateful, and I look forward to continuing to be part of so many beautiful Birmingham celebrations—just in a slightly different way moving forward.
